Thomas “Tom” holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Fresno. He has about 25 years’ overall experience in finance and accounting. Tom began his career in public accounting including time with one of the top “five” accounting firms. He acquired his CPA license while working extensively auditing both public and private companies in addition to learning the US tax preparation trade. After 8 years in public accounting he moved on to private industry working as a controller for a publicly traded company (NASDAQ and TSX) in the oil and gas industry. Before starting a consulting company eight year ago he worked as a CFO for a small company. Tom has consulted for publicly traded  and private companies, including an international oil and gas company, often taking on the role as the chief administrator.
